When asked what I enjoy most about being a REALTOR®️, it is the smiles on my clients faces when I successfully assist them with selling or purchasing their home. My passion lies in finding the right home for every client. My goal is to bring enthusiasm, expertise and excellence to each and every transaction.

Since starting my real estate career in 2006, I am proud to have been included in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s prestigious President’ Club, which recognizes the Top 1% of the industry (2011-2014) and 10 consecutive years (2011-2021) of Medallion Club Status (Top 10% of REALTORS®️). In 2018, I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

My experience as a REALTOR®️ has given me expertise in all areas of the buying and selling process and I bring an innate ability to put people at ease, no matter how complex the situation may be. I listen carefully and take great care to develop a personalized course of action while maintaining a commitment to the highest standards and ethics.

My Chinese heritage and Canadian up-bringing means I speak both Cantonese and English fluently. My long-term success is demonstrated by the lasting relationships I have formed with my clients.
